10.0When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Ijlal (I hope I spelled your name correctly) the manager, for taking such great care of us during our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made a difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which was perfect during the warm days. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
