− Recomendable el personal amable te acompañan a tomar en taxi con las maletas y una gran amabilidad
Très bien place hôtel propre chambre faite tous les jours literie un peu dur
7.0Proche de la place saint Marc et de l embarcadère du Rialto en pleine rue commerçante plusieurs restaurants à proximité
− Pas de réception sur place c est une annexe à l hôtel Bella Venezia qui se situe un peu plus haut petit dej à prendre là bas salle trop petite déjeuner peu varié

5.0Excellent location close to St Mark’s Square and shopping
− Challenging to get to with luggage-take water taxi #1 to Rialto stop. Once off go to alleyway directly across from ticket booth and walk straight ahead until you see a maroon door canopy on the left. This is the main hotel check in. Once there they will help. No lift in the hotel but 3 sets of stairs to climb so be aware. Our room was not ready but they let us in and it was uncomfortable because we saw what the others had left mess wise which didn’t sit well:( Hairdryer also began to overheat when used.

3.0The location for someone wanting to explore Venice is excellent !
− The hotel actually is not a hotel , there is no reception, you check in ,in another hotel and then they transfer you there. The rooms are poor ,the walls dirty ,the sliding mosquito net on my window was broken and someone came to fix it afterwards and the icing on the cake was that at some point my colleague's room started leaking water from the ceiling ,on a sunny day !!! Overall you pay a lot for what you get .
