1.0Hotel looks pretty good and pozitioned verry Well.
− Price difference between booking and hotel They taken 150eur at 9th september as guarantee - not refundable and talen as for 1 night And 1027 eur ar 10th sept ar checkin. Reception dint comunicate this. According to Booking the 1st night payment is needed only for canceling case. In our case we mad e checkin and they taken 150 eur + 1027 eur.

4.0Staff were friendly
− There was heavy rain, but when we woke in the night to go to the loo, the floor in our room was covered in water. Our belongings left on the floor were soaked. It was still wet come 10.30am when we check out, but when we mentioned it at the checkout, we were just offered a coffee to say sorry. I feel the hotel not being water tight is a big problem, and we would have expected to be offered a refund, or at least a discount. We made the decision not to call the desk in the middle of the night as we wouldn’t sleep and would ruin our last morning in Barcelona, but it seems by not treating it as the urgent matter it was in the middle of the night, the hotel wasn’t interested
