7.0Die Lage direkt an der Wall Street war super. U Bahn Anbindung in der Nähe. Nachts relativ ruhig was nach einem langen Tag gut tat.
− Das Abrechnungssystem des Hotels ist unterirdisch. Mir würde der 3 fache Zimmerpreis auf meiner Kreditkarte geblockt. Beim auschecken dann sogar der doppelte Preis abgebucht. Angeblich ein Systemfehler. Wurde dann nach 4 Tagen zurück erstattet. Sowas braucht man nicht im Urlaub

8.0Nice spacious , clean and courteous staff
− There was just one hand towel for two of us. Also the bfast provides was bare minimum. No hot bfast like pancakes or eggs or even hot oatmeal . Jus let some basic cereal, bread and some cold croissants and banana( no cut fruits or apples etc? 😞

8.0Apart from that breakfast charging topic, our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!
− One person in the restaurant appears to be doing some questionable things when charging for breakfast. Food that we had not ordered (addional to our included breakfast) was brought to our table and presented as being “complimentary” or “on the house”, but then appeared on the final bill. I would therefore recommend always checking the bill carefully after breakfast and raising any discrepancies immediately. When we complained about such a bill, members of the breakfast team told us that there seems to be one particular person who repeatedly causes similar questionable situations during breakfast service. In any case, this is something the hotel should look into and resolve. Apart from that, our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!

9.0Mostly everything! Looked at reviews of the property after I booked the room - so many negative Nellies! But- the room was large, clean and comfortable with a good bed. Really Liked the really modern bathroom ! Staff were aok! We prefer handling our own luggage.
− For what we payed for 2 nights there’s not too much to complain about.
I would absolutely stay there again.
