− The condition of the bath towels. Dark and old.
Satisfied need for comfortable bed and location good for the airport.
7.0Bed was good and the room was clean. Breakfast looked good, although we departed for the airport too early. The shuttle service was helpful.
− This was my fault, but somehow I booked the accessible room, so the bathroom was terrible for us. The blue shower curtains dragged on the floor, it seemed like a hospital bathroom. The handheld shower leaked and sprayed everywhere and was only useful for someone in a wheelchair.
