Okay, aber nicht für den Preis
7.0Generell ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Es ist quasi direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Termini (eine Straße weiter) und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
− Wir hatten extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und sind auf der Seite direkt gegenüber von einer sehr laut rauschenden Klimaanlage auf dem Dach eines Nachbargebäudes untergebracht worden. Zum Glück war sie bei geschlossener Terrassentüre nur noch leise zu hören. Trotzdem ärgerlich. Mein Mann hat sich einen Tag den Magen verdorben und es ging ihm wirklich sehr schlecht. Ich habe an der Rezeption nach etwas Reis oder Porridge und trockenem Brot gefragt. Das haben wir auch bekommen, aber für einen Teller Reis und ein Schälchen Porridge plus etwas Kamillentee mal eben 27 Euro gezahlt, weil man uns zehn Euro für den Zimmerservice berechnet hat. Das ist kein Drama, aber bei einem Preis von fast 400 Euro pro Nacht und einer solchen Ausnahmesituation empfinde ich das als unangemessen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis auch nicht gut. Kein frisches Obst, nur süßer Obstsalat, keine frischen Säfte, nur billiges süßes Konzentrat, kein frisches Rührei (nur welches in einem Warmhaltebehälter, daher auch nichts Individuelles wie mit Gemüse oder Zwiebeln möglich) und leider schmecken auch die Süßspeisen nicht. Alle Kuchen waren ausnahmslos staubtrocken. Zudem geht das Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr. Wir kennen es so, dass dann das Buffet geschlossen wird, man aber noch entspannt zuende essen kann. Hier wurden wir bereits um 10:40 Uhr angesprochen, dass wir gehen müssten. Alles in allem ist das für den Preis einfach nicht angemessen.
