Acceptable room, but undisclosed renovations and a microwaveable sandwich instead of the advertised
1.0Room was acceptable, roomy and clean.
− The room itself was acceptable; however, the overall stay was disappointing because the hotel was undergoing significant renovations. The lobby, front desk, breakfast area, and other common facilities were messy, unattractive, and well below the standard expected from a SpringHill Suites property. Additionally, the advertised breakfast was not provided as expected. Instead, guests were served a microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, which was inconsistent with the breakfast presented at the time of booking. The renovation and its significant impact on the guest experience should have been clearly disclosed before the reservation was made. Customers deserve accurate information in advance so they can make an informed decision or select alternative accommodations. Had I known the extent of the disruption and the limited breakfast service, I would have chosen another hotel.

1.0Hotel is not what it seems. Did not know the hotel was under construction rooms were not clean.It smell when you walk in. I did not stay there I left
