10.0Wow! What a property, packed with history and antiques to delight. Our suite was the Lola suite, aptly named as we have a dog called Lola. A large lounge, bedroom and bathroom to delight. It was a genuine home from home, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was something else... taken on a balcony overlooking the river with an amazing view. Check the photos for fine details of the interior with all its art and furniture. 100 percent will be our future go to place in Lisbon and a perfect location, surrounded by the areas bars and restaurants so there is something for everyone. Thank you to the team for your friendly service.

10.0Charming historic small boutique hotel. I checked in during the country-wide blackout. The staff was very helpful. They lit the common areas and halls with candelabras, adding even more charm.

10.0A lovingly restored old palace which keeps its heritage but nods to current-day comfort. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast is an added treat. The only thing we found is that the surrounding area is safe but a little shabby … a minor drawback. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it anyone who is looking for authentic charm with a huge splash of luxe.
