one of the best city stays I have ever had
10.0Everything from the greeting to the good bye. Hotel is clean as a whistle, comfort is their goal, helpfulness for anything you want, kindness, concern, the views from my room were shockingly great of downtown NY including the new World Trade Center Tower 1 & 2, 911 fountains & pools which were built in the location of a footprint of the original tower and under which thousands of people were buried from the collapse. In walking distance is tip of NYC where you will find the free ferries to & from Staten Island which pass the Statue of Liberty, The NYC Holocaust Museum, & may many other activities. It is also close to excellent public transport to anywhere in the city. There are restaurants galore in waking distance.

− 1 - Colazione dell'hotel non esistente, contrariamente a quanto affermato su booking ("eccellente colazione"). Le colazione (ben $ 30) è affidata ad altra gestione, non ha buffet ed ha tutti i giorni esattamente lo stesso menu, molto limitato, Non adatta a soggiorni oltre i due giorni. Conviene far colazione in uno dei buoni locali intorno all'hotel. 2 - Ho pagato due camere superior, come indicato su booking, e invece mi hanno dato due camere piccolissime e senza "vista città", come invece indicato su booking. Non le hanno cambiate, ma mi hanno dato un rimborso per una sola delle due camere. Attenzione: come confermato dal personale delle reception, la descrizione delle stanze su booking è errata e fuorviante.
