10.0Le personnel s'est montré accueillant et attentionné. À notre arrivée, de l'eau était mise à notre disposition dans la chambre, avec la possibilité de remplir les bouteilles grâce au distributeur situé dans le couloir. La chambre était agréable et la literie confortable.

Gute Lage aber nie wieder!
6.0Unfassbar unfreundliche Rezeption bei Anreise. Die zuständige Angestellte insistierte, meine Mastercard im Original sehen zu müssen, obwohl ich sie im Handy gespeichert habe. Sie meinte, dass sie mich sonst nicht einchecken könne und hat mich stundenlang mit meiner Bank telefonieren lassen, was auch nicht erfolgreich war. Erst als ein Kollege dazukam, ließ sich das Problem lösen. Die Kollegin blieb weiterhin unfreundlich und schnippisch. Mein Zimmer war auf der 4. Etage und sobald man den Aufzug verließ, wurde man von einem muffigen Abflussgeruch eingefangen. Das Zimmer war sauber, zu einem engen Innenhof mit undurchsichtigen Fenstern.. sozusagen gar kein Ausblick.
