− 1)reception staff had us waiting one hour during check in because there was a mix up with the payment blaming us that the money were not transferred from booking.com to the hotel 2)they gave us two twin beds and we booked a room that was with big queen bed 3) breakfast had a large variety but lacked quality
Great place but you have to request and wait till get it
7.0The location - the space of the room
− The service was great but inconsistent. Sometimes the room service would clean without putting essentials like water and tea bags. When u call, they pick up fast but till ur request reaches u it takes forever. Also some amenities common sense should have in the room but u have to call to get it like bath ropes , bath caps !! Also I noticed the Spanish staff in the reception are biased and to certain nationalities. I was checking in standing in queue, there was another guest who hijack the line and the lady who wears glass and seems to me Spanish (black) started to talk and serve her.
