10.0Hidden away on a main street, this property was an excellent surprise. Clean, well appointed and quiet. Staff was super friendly and we were extremely well cared for. Note: There is a similarly named luxury hotel down the street. We stopped in there first. Not only were they incredibly helpful as they welcomed us into their hotel, they also went out of their way to help us down the street when we realized that our booking was at the suites instead. Simply put, everybody was incredibly nice the entire time. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel because of the incredible location. I’m not sure we could have found a better one.

8.0Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. If you are looking for lots of hotel amenities this is not for you but if you want a good room in a great part of Florence you found it. Would stay again.
