8.0Great hotel and staff. The only downside we found was that, because of the building type, we had no cell service - either WiFi or e-sim. This was a pretty big one for us, which is why it’s a 4 not 5 star rating. The breakfast is good though, staff is amazing, and beds are very comfy. The area is also AMAZING.

10.0Monica was excellent! - She showed us around the hotel and gave us awesome restaurant suggestions. The taxi she ordered for us the next morning was right on time! The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and loved the location. Thank you!
