10.0La amabilidad del personal, la situación del hotel, el desayuno increíble, y la habitación limpia y cómoda. El baño cuidando el más mínimo detalle. Muy bien comunicado, a 10 min de la plaza del comercio y paradas de bus y tranvía 28 a 2 min!!!super recomendado!!!

10.0Posizione strategica: l'hotel è a due passi da piazza de figuera, da piazza Rossio, da rua Augusta, dal capolinea sia del tram 28 che passa per Alfama sia del 15E che conduce a Belém. La camera è molto spaziosa e accogliente, con vista sul castello, di pulizia assoluta, dotata di macchinetta per il caffè o tè con relative cialde e di un erogatore di acqua potabile, oltre al frigo bar; inoltre all'arrivo abbiamo trovato in omaggio una piccola confezione di Pasteis de nata. Il personale è professionale, disponibile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta.
