− La habitación que nos tocó estaba como en un anexo y había muchos desniveles para llegar y dentro de la habitación, entiendo que esto es parte de la estructura original pero hace más difícil la accesibilidad en particular a este sector.

10.0This was our second visit to this hotel. The first one was back in March 26. We planned our second trip to Madrid and wanted to stay at the same hotel so we did for 5 nights in Sep 26. We are planning our third visit to Madrid and will definitely stay here again. The hotel itself has a lot of character. Its location for us was perfect as it just off Plaza Santa Ana with easy walking distance to many of the best attractions in Madrid. The rooms we stayed in were perfect for us. The staff were all very friendly and were extremely professional. The breakfast experience offered so many options and timings were perfect, so too were the staff who were always helpful and eager to assist or help with anything. The reception staff too welcomed us on arrival and also departure. Always a service with a smile!

− They forgot a card they were supposed to place in the room for my anniversary, but they actually recovered afterwards as they sent a bottle of champagne.
I missed the included breakfast but they brought me coffee and pastries anyway.
