Very disappointed that they did not respond to my mail asking them to check the room for my watch.
2.0They were centrally situated. location was good.
− Breakfast was very limited and got finished before time. Did not always refill! Elevator was so small only 2 or 3 people can fit at one time. Left my gold watch behind in the room. Emailed the hotel directly and via Booking.com, but no response to date. Cleaning staff entered my room without knocking first and I was still in bed. Not very apologetic. Special ironing room on the ground floor inside the luggage room. No ironing in the room. No room service either. Poor customer service.
