10.0This was a lovely place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a nice stay. It was close to shops but quiet because it was down a quiet street. It was 5 minutes walk from the nearest vaporetto stop Saint Sylvester and 10 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge. There are lots of places close by to eat and drink and good shopping.

8.0This hotel was centrally located in San Polo neighborhood and close to the Rialto Bridge and a water taxi stop-Silverstro is close by and that makes it easy to navigate around Venice. The accommodations at the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were attentive and helpful. The free breakfast was great and fulfilling- it gives you a great start to the day to explore Venice! This guest house is a small boutique hotel…we had a floor to ourselves! The amenities were excellent! We had air conditioning…Cable TV and we daily housekeeping services! It would be great if they would offer a ‘wine down’ happy hour a few nights during the week at the hotel to mingle with the guests who are staying at the hotel! I recommend to those who want a chill experience and this hotel has a private dock for the water taxi to drop you off from the airport!
