9.0Chị tiếp tân là người Việt. Quá trình thanh toán qua thẻ tín dụng có gặp chút vấn đề, nhưng nhân viên không khó khăn, hỗ trợ khá ok. Phòng có cửa sổ có thể nhìn ra bên ngoài.
− Phòng vệ sinh hơi nhỏ, khi tắm xong nước tràn ra bên ngoài qua cửa. Có thể làm thêm đồ chắn bên dưới để hạn chế tình trạng này sẽ tuyệt vời hơn rất nhiều.

but anyway the staff is very nice and helpfull
7.0I think this is hotel is very near from MRT so I can walk just to MRT Station, and the room is so very cramped
− I like the room very wide may be 3x5 mtr square so we have space to put our luggage
