3.0− We had some problems during our stay and received a promotion response from Princess Reyes at the hotel apologising for these and offering 20,000 Hilton Honours points by way of compensation. When the points did not materialise I contacted Princess to enquire why. I never received a reply and the points never materialised.

8.0Ligging van het hotel en de kamer was in orde. Personeel van receptie en bij het ontbijt.
− Vuile afwas was niet van de kamer gehaald en niets bijgevuld. Herrie door DJ in sky bar. Barpersoneel in de voyer/entree was niet goed genoeg. Wij zaten maarte wachten en te wachten voordat onze bestelling werd opgenomen.
