6.0המיקום המרכזי היה מצוין והחדר שקט מאוד כלפי חוץ. היו במקום מעלית ומיזוג אוויר מתפקד. מבחינת שירות, היה ניקיון בסיסי במהלך חלק מזמן השהות שלי. יש תקשורת שוטפת עם בעל הדירה
− התאכזבתי מרמת התחזוקה והנוחות בחדר. המיטה חורקת מאוד ולא נוחה לשינה. בנוסף, הבידוד האקוסטי בחדר בעייתי מאוד מכיוון שהוא מופרד על ידי קיר גבס בלבד, מה שגורם לכך ששומעים כל רעש מהחדר הסמוך. החדר מיושן וניכר שנדרשת השקעה משמעותית בציוד ובחידוש התשתית כדי להגיע לרמה בסיסית של נוחות.

7.0The guesthouse is in the center of Rome, walking distance to major attractions. Despite being in the center, it’s still very quiet and peaceful at night.
− The facilies are old, the mattress sinks on one side. Checkin will need to be done online with the owner as there is no reception and can get lengthy. Came across a post about the place on google maps that there was a theft occurred in the room and got me worried a bit about the safety. The room does not have a safe to lock your valuables, which would be good to have.

− Cuando llego el momento de ducharnos, nos damos cienta de que no tenia agua caliente. Al notificarlo, responden que el agua sale sola, manteniendo la perilla en caliente. Ironico. La solucion que nos ofrecieron fue darnos la libertad de que buscaramos otro lugar. La reserva era solo por una noche. Perdimos 3 hs aprox con esta situacion. No encontramos disponibilidad en otro lado. Tuvimos que quedarnos y obviamente, bañarnos con agua fria. A pesar de que nos reintegraron la mitad de lo pagado, no alcanzo para compensar lo molesto de la situacion. Deberian haberlo solucionado antes de nuestra llegada. Sabian que habia inconvenientes. Muy mala experiencia.
