8.0Nice room on a very good spot, close to piazza Santa Croce. Very nice welcome by Ivan! Very pleasant that the parking is nearby in Via Fiesole. Very happy with the airco with these high temperatures!
− One tip: one lightbulb in the bathroom didnot work, little bit dark.
Overall, clean accommodation and would stay there again.

− Booked for 4 people and only had 3 beds and 3 sets of towels. Requested assistance to rectify the issue and no solution provided. Forced to make do with one person sleeping on the floor.
