9.0Location is very strategic, you go down there is Novena Square mall and also MRT. In the Novena Square mall, there are supermarkets (Fair Price and Cold Storage), also japanese supermarkets like Donki and Daiso. Hotel is also near hospitals and medical centres and specialists so could be very convenient for medical tourists. Staff are very friendly, cleaner even tidied up my charger cables.

10.0Clean & comfortable rooms & we loved the club lounge & especially the level 22 pool area was absolutely fantastic. The staff were always very helpful & friendly & the breakfast each day was sensational
