Very clean, wonderful staff, great location.
9.0It was our first time traveling to Europe and this hotel was in a perfect area walking distance from every tourist sight and some great food.
− The only thing was that our room key didn’t work a few times, but the staff were right on it and exceptional with helping.

− No banheiro sempre caia muita agua fora da banheira e do vidro que protegia o piso, então foi um pouco desajeitado, mas nada que não pudéssemos sobreviver.

9.0Felt like it was refreshed recently. Clean, modern, well equipped and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms with good aircon. Comfortable beds.
− My fault - I booked in a hurry and didn’t check that Plaza Mayor was actually in, or near, the Plaza Mayor. Slightly grubby area and the shop next door is a sex toy superstore. Probably makes for a spicy weekend for some though…

7.0Расположение шикарное, все в пешей доступности, очень хороший, но дороговатый завтрак, персонал отличный, очень помогал при любой просьбе, но! Главная проблема дующий прямо в лицо на кровать кондиционер! Спать невозможно! На улице 50 градусная жара , а кондиционером пользоваться невозможно, как результат про приезду домой бронхит, за это снижаю баллы
