One night close to railway station.
6.0Good location if you need to be close to Santa Maria Novella station. Not very fancy but OK to sleep over night.

2.0Dit is geen hotel maar een hostel. Onze kamer was een mansarde met de dakpannen zichtbaar. We hadden wel een eigen badkamer maar die lag op de gang, dus geen deel van de kamer. Geen waterdruk wat spoelen moeilijk maakt. Het bed is te klein als je 1,80 meter lang bent. Inchecken verliep heel onvriendelijk alsof we niet welkom waren. . Ontbijt bestond uit voorverpakte industriële producten. Een schande voor Italië.
Filthy no staff no breakfast dishonest
2.0Dirty abandoned hostel! Staff nowhere to be seen. Kitchen filthy. Staff failed to provide breakfast. Nothing at all. No sign of Staff to ask. After complaint to agent, manager lied to cover tracks claiming we were told to go to hotel above. Kitchen same state next day. Went to hotel upstairs and manager no idea about lie. Staff member got him to cover. Shower and toilet faulty and serious health hazards. Seemed like we were the only guests. Do jot go here!

10.0フィレンツェSMN駅からホテルまで、ホテルから歌劇場までが、徒歩のみで楽に移動できました。 建物入り口を入って、ホテルのドアまでが、夜は真っ暗で携帯のライトを付けないと歩けませんでした。困ったことは、その一点だけです。
Avoid this place
2.0"Avoid This Place – Disappointing Stay in Florence" Our stay in Florence was a huge disappointment. This place felt more like an abandoned house than a hotel—no staff around, no service, and a generally unfriendly atmosphere. Breakfast only starts at 8 AM, so we couldn’t have it since most tours start earlier. The kitchen amenities were lacking (no working kettle!), and there was no hot water in the shower. They also charge 7 euros per person per day as a city tax, with very little in return. If you're traveling to Florence, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a comfortable and welcoming stay. This place isn’t worth the rating and definitely doesn’t meet expectations for a good trip.
