9.0A localização e a relação custo x benefício. A atenção da equipe com rápida resposta aos pedidos realizados. O ar condicionado funcionou muito bem e tinha elevador.

Une suite bien placée !
8.0J’ai adoré la décoration de l’appartement ! Je ne m’attendais pas à un si grand appartement ! La literie : très confortable. La cuisine et la salle de bain : très bien équipée. Très bon emplacement à proximité du métro et des bus.
− Je pensais trouver une machine à laver le linge dans la cuisine (sur les photos il y en avait). J’ai lavé mes vêtements à la main dans le bidet. La ventilation mécanique dans la salle de bains était beaucoup trop forte. Heureusement une fois la porte de la salle de bains fermée on l’entendait beaucoup moins. J’avais une chambre à côté de la porte de l’escalier du couloir : porte qui claque (il suffirait de rajouter un groom) et insonorisation de la porte d’entrée de l’appartement à revoir ! Alors que insonorisation des fenêtres au top !

10.0Cuarto de baño muy espacioso y cocina bien equipada. Buena ubicación para ir al centro y hay parking de coches próximo.
