Bullshit service between the hotel and booking.com

None - your staff are shit. You gave me stress when I arrived in the hotel. Your front desk attendant told me, my payment was NOT received but when I checked with my bank, it was early booked and it was a successful paid transaction. I tried to reach out to your customer service for help to fix the problem but there was no update until now. I made several follow ups already. Booking.com and hotel 81 should have done better if you guys resolved it right away. Now, I'm stressed with this case with the bank to refund my double payment. I want someone fired in your office.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Hollywood. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff named Rayson & Farah were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even better. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation. The check-in process was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, I had a great experience and felt that it was good value for money. I would definitely stay at Hotel 81 Hollywood again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Singapor

Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre était super mais je pense que pour deux personnes, la chambre aurait été petite. L’hôtel est très bien située, la majorité de mes déplacements se sont faits en bus. La Clim fonctionne très bien !

− Il y a un petit problème d’isolation, on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.

Thanks for the hotel manager rayson provide a free late check out for me due to I have a late flight, The front desk Elvin and Fauzie were very friendly and polite when checking me in and Elvin allowed us to have a free early check in he is very kind and willing to help. besides that I would really want to praise the housekeeping team Liu Zhen because the room was very clean and a Malay guy Ashmir he help us immediately solve the problem when the basin is stucked. Great job hotel 81. I will recommend it to my friends and family and I will be sure coming back to stay again in future when I come to Singapore.

ROOM WAS OKAY BUT DIDNT KNOW SANDALS WERE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. THE LOCATION WAS FAIRLY GOOD AND STAFF FRIENDLY LIKE RAYSON, FAUZIE AND ELVIN WERE HELPFUL

− WIFI WAS WORKING ONLY IN ROOMS AND NOT AT RECEPTION OR CORRIDORS NO INTERNATIONAL FAST FOODS CLOSE BY IF BOTTLED WATER COULD BE PROVIDED DAILY IN THE ROOMS.
