Convenient, centrally-located, comfortable stay with modern functional design & helpful staff
8.0Very helpful staff, willing to go above-and-beyond for our early arrival. Room was comfortable, clean and modern with a reasonable size. Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity were stable and strong, air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Shower temperature was hot enough. Price was excellent, considering the location is next to Rochor station (making it easier for our arrival on a rainy day), a short walk from major interchanges of Bugis and Little India, and a short walk from Jalan Besar station if you'd like to save time riding the Downtown-line loop. Its location is close to many tourist attractions and food venues.
− Pillow was a bit high for one of our members. Water system seems to have some air getting into it, making it a bit noisy. Supplied shower gel and shampoo from dispenser was a bit weak and the shower floor was a little slimy. Shower ventilation was not working, so it was very steamy. There is some construction nearby.

9.0We had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Singapore Albert. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist us and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The location was convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the excellent hospitality from the staff really made our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and great service. We would be happy to stay here again!

The stay was pleasant except for the noise in the early morning and late at night

− The room that was assigned to me was very noisy especially at night and in the morning. You can hear loud flushing and flowing of water probably from the bathrooms of other units.
