− Le service de voiturier (on a attendu 45mn notre voiture après une erreur de leur part, sachant que c’était notre départ à l’aéroport et qu’on avait bien précisé en amont l’horaire de logistique)

− Out of the hotels we stayed in Italy, this was the only hotel that took time to give a receipt. Even I have requested it ahead of time at this booking app. Also, there is a room appreciation tax and f&b appreciation tax that will be divided amongst the staff. Though you have the freewill to have it taken out, it is kinda shameful to have it deducted when it was already printed on the invoice. :) It makes customers have a harder time to say no, rather than we freely give the tips ourselves.
