− The apartment needs an urgent upgrade.
No air conditioning, dump smell, mold and dirty cup
3.0Amazing location, good bed (both mattresses and pillows).
− No air conditioning in the apparent - please consider it if you are looking for a summer time stay. The little was boiling hot. Cleannes: there was a dirty glass in a cupboard, moldy shower. Dump smell. Stuff did not respond a single time neither before or during our stay. A combination of the smell and a heat in the apparent make it difficult to sleep or even stay. We had to cut our stay short and left Paris earlier than was planned.

8.0Vicinanza stazione metro Odeon, quindi si raggiunge facilmente. Quartiere latino, vari bar sotto palazzo per colazione.
− Al bagno, pur carino, mancano ganci per appendere asciugamani dopo la doccia. Scala a chiocciola per salire ai piani.
