10.0If you want a true Italian experience, this is the place to stay. It was spacious, secure and had all the comforts of home. If I ever make it back to Rome, this is the place I would need to stay!!!! Perfecto!!!!!!! The staff was also amazing. Silvia was very helpful and friendly! They also have a private driver who picked me up at the airport and brought me to the hotel! We loved it so much!!!!The location was great-very close to many of the major attractions!

10.0Location, right around the corner from Navona, great restaurants, very busy but once you close the outer door to the building, you would never know people existed!

− There was a hot water problem that created an inconvenience. They responded adequately. Unfortunately,when traveling you only realize something is wrong when you really need it and that's not a convenient time for the traveler or a repair. It's hard to end a long day without a comfortable shower. I'm not sure if anything could have been done proactively to prevent the issue.

9.0We got a warm welcome and staff were very helpful with any questions we had. Our suites was big with antique furniture. Some quirkiness but it's Rome and these are old buildings so just go with it. The location is perfect and access to everything. This probably goes without saying but ear plugs are a must staying anywhere is Italy.
