Fantastic relaxing stay.
8.0Rooms were good size for Tokyo. The bathroom was fantastic and good location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
− Just some things didn’t make sense. The layout of the lobby. They have a large donation box in the lobby why. Make the seating area bigger with a proper bean to cup coffee machine for your customers. The capsule coffee is such a waste. Basically the lobby needs to more welcoming.

10.0Prior to booking excellent communication. We had 25 people and 14 rooms. I provided a rooming list prior and JR Kyushu created a smooth check-in process. Location is great. 5 minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. 7/11 close , LAWSON convenience store directly outside. Coin laundry on site. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean. Every employee treated us with kindness. They have earned our return business. See you in 2028!

8.0Great location, short walk to the main hub in Shinjuku. Great to have the station close by. This was was second time staying at this hotel and I would stay there again.
