− Maybe the stairs, but there was a problem only when we arrived and leaved with our luggage.
Good location and size for a short stay.
8.0AC throughout. Comfortable beds. Easy enough to check in (but you must do it before hand online). We were able to leave bags early before check in.
− The bathroom is very dated with the toilet flush being a bit annoying as the water tended to leak into the toilet bowl if you didn’t prod at the flush covering properly. The shower could definitely use updating - there was a shower caddy that was definitely on the wobbly side.

The appartment was good but it was by far the least hospitable experience we’ve ever had in Italy.
5.0− We booked last minute. When we arrived at the door, we called to ask how to get in. The host refused to give us the access code because we first had to check in online. That meant standing on a busy street doing a clumsy 20-minute online check-in, including uploading all kinds of photos of our documents. Everyone was tired from the journey and the long walk and just needed the bathroom. The tone of the host was also very rude. Late in the evening the lock stopped working and we couldn’t get in. Again, the very unfriendly host on the phone said they could send someone, but it would take a long time. In the end, after a lot of fiddling, we managed to get the lock open ourselves. At 10 in the morning the cleaning crew barged into our room and told us to leave. The appartment was good but it was by far the least hospitable experience we’ve ever had in Italy.
