8.0Stuff was very friendly, the hotel and room were modern and clean. We loved the lemon water at the front desk. Our little girl got a little present at the check-in.
− Homeless people behind the hotel. We heard every steps from the other rooms. The food what we ordered to the room tasted terrible (especially the pizza).

− Die Schallisolierung könnte verbessert werden. Zudem wäre ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gut.
Désastre
1.0Les points positifs : Restauration : Petit-déjeuner copieux, avec une mention spéciale pour les viennoiseries d'excellente qualité. Propreté et service : Bonne propreté de l'hôtel, des chambres et accueil correct du personnel. Environnement : Quartier initialement très calme.
− Les points très négatifs : Insonorisation inexistante : Un environnement extrêmement bruyant qui gâche totalement le séjour. L'isolation est à revoir d'urgence (bruits extérieurs constants et chambres voisines beaucoup trop audibles). Impossible de se reposer correctement. Services / Piscine : Fermeture de la piscine dès 20h00 le dimanche, jour même de l'arrivée, et fermeture annoncée du 14 septembre jusqu'en avril... mentionnée nulle part ! C'est inadmissible et très décevant quand la présence d'une piscine est un critère de choix principal. Restauration (Coup de gueule) : Salade César complètement insipide, avec du poulet cuit et recuit, et des croûtons gorgés d'huile "à la puissance mille". Bilan : Choisir cet hôtel principalement pour sa piscine, pour découvrir une fermeture non signalée et un accès restreint dès l'arrivée, relève du désastre. Ajouté à cela un sommeil perturbé par une insonorisation inexistante et une restauration ratée, malgré le calme du quartier et la propreté, je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.
