10.0We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely boutique hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Florence, with many shops and restaurants right downstairs (though the room was quiet). It has an elevator, A/C, and a large shower - almost impossible to find all 3 in place! The room was much larger than expected for the location, with plenty of space for our luggage and a small fridge for drinks. They were able to store our luggage after check-out which is always appreciated. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We will return!

10.0Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo y Florencia es una ciudad pequeña y muy segura. Llegué y no habían nadie en recepción sin embargo siempre me contestaron y el equipaje se puede dejar en un closet entrando a la izquierda. Cuando regresé mi habitación estaba lista todo muy bien. A la salida dejé las llaves en la cajita del mostrador.
− Bueno la calle tiene el mismo número para la derecha e izquierda y como ña puerta es normal uno se confunde un poco. Quizás seria bueno que una vez que esta la reserva hecha manden la ubicación exacta del lugar en google maps
