6.0I loved the location. Could not be beat! Close to restaurants, the train and yet not noisy
− Toilet was really hard to flush . I wt to damage and mold I’m master bedroom. Shower is tiny.

10.0The host(s) were very friendly, very easy to communicate and very understandable. I would recommend to a friend if they visit Florence. I loved the location as it was not the most busiest part of Florence, but just enough to seek variaty of restaurants very closeby.
− I knew before there were no elevators, but it was quite a journey to carry two half size carriers up to the 2nd floor. Also there were missing bathroom key which we couldn't lock from the inside.
