A nice and quiet hotel in a good location.
9.0The hotel is in a central location, just a short walk from the Pitti Palace. We stayed in the room for four people, but we didn't like it very much. The double and triple rooms were noticeably more spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
− The air conditioning was not sufficient for the room, so we had to use the ceiling fan as well.
Limpio, cómodo y bien situado
9.0El personal fue muy atento durante toda la estancia. La habitación contaba con aire acondicionado y ventilador, algo que agradecimos mucho por las temperaturas tan altas de la ciudad. La ubicación también es muy cómoda, ya que permite llegar andando a la mayoría de los lugares de interés. Además, disponen de taquillas para dejar el equipaje, lo que resulta práctico si tu tren o vuelo sale después de la hora de salida del alojamiento. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes estaban muy limpias y las camas eran cómodas, por lo que descansamos muy bien. En general, una experiencia muy positiva.
− Si te asignan una habitación orientada a la calle, es posible que se escuche algo de ruido del tráfico. Sin embargo, el hotel tiene tantas cualidades positivas que este detalle no supuso ningún problema para nosotros. De hecho, volvimos a alojarnos allí cuando necesitábamos pasar dos días en Florencia en fechas no consecutivas. Sin duda, seguirá siendo nuestra elección en futuras visitas a la ciudad.
