O apartamento é muito espaçoso e claro, pelas fotos, não tive idéia de que era tão grande. Além disso muito bem localizado, voltaria a me hospedar

− uma das camas do apartamento estava quebrada, o que não foi exatamente um problema porque tinha outro quarto com cama apenas fomos pro outro quarto. Poderia ter um papel disponível com a senha do wifi e outras informações, mas pedi por mensagem e logo me passaram.

The pillows were nice, washing machine and iron worked fine. The cleaning ladies were friendly.

− Firstly, we asked the owner to have the apartment ready early as we were reaching Lisbon at 09:00am she said it would only be available at 15:00 we had to move around the city with all our bags making time to go to the apartment. We arrived by the location at 15:00 and she still said we couldn’t enter as it wasn’t ready and we still had to wait for one more hour. She said she would come in 10mins to meet us and then called back to cancel saying she wouldn’t make it and gave us a code to enter. The apartment was all dirty. The cleaning lady only came after 45mins. The door knobs didn’t work properly. Hot water sometimes stopped working. One of the beds had the bed frame broken. One of the ACs only worked on the temperature 18°. Trash bins that stayed overflowing right infront of the entrance door.

The location is ex excellent, very near to Lisbon Parliment. Appartment has most of the things.

− Price too high. There were a few issues. I hope they'll be addressed. You should add some curtains or blinds for some privacy. There was no soap in the washroom. Only liquid hand wash was there in 1 of the washroom. The kitchen needs spoons, forks, and knives for eating. Need to add tissue boxes. Ground floor door, apartment doors were hard to open. One of the washroom doors was jam. It's good to have the lift working.
