8.0A organização do espaço, ter condições para a realização de refeições, estar equipado com ar condicionado. Zona calma, supermercados, restaurantes e cafés nas imediações.
− O chuveiro de mão estava estragado e dificultou o banho do bebe, a zona de duche sem resguardo molha toda a WC e não havia esfregona disponível para apanhar a água.

7.0Lokalita pro nás byla vhodná s ohledem na možnost levného parkování a blízkost instituce, ve které jsem během pobytu pracovala. Zajímavá část města, v blízkosti jsou slušné restaurace a běžné kavárny. Pohodlná postel, funkční klimatizace, vstřícný personál.
− Bohužel se začíná projevovat volba levných materiálů (zničená dřevěná podlaha; hlavice sprchy, která vás bolestivě poškrábe, když přejedete po kůži - velmi nepříjemné s malým dítětem). Úklid měl velmi nevyváženou kvalitu, podlaha zůstala často špinavá. Na chodbě je často cítit kouř z cigaret.
