Disappointed. Totally messed up my 6th year anniversary & girlfriend's birthday celebration.
3.0The room 189 (Except the bath tub area), Greenhouse.
− Stated 5* hotel but feels like a 3* hotel. 1. My booked room became not available, luckily for us they upgraded the room. 2. The pool, there were so many sharp edges. I was not updated that the club lounge was not open for use where I purposely took a room package at a higher price for it. Where I had booked since 6th September all the way to my 18th September - 19 September staycation & ended up spending extras for food myself. 3. The staff was not very experienced I feel. 4. It was such a bad experience for us as i would normally go around celebrating an anniversary & girlfriend's birthday at a hotel staycation every year. I definitely will not come back again. Totally not worth it for a $508 package. - Last year, our Oasia hotel novena club double room ($540) booking was so much better. Even though the room was much smaller than Dusit. Everything was clear cut. Checked in earlier, the club lounge was available, high ground club members swimming pools were awesome and sheltered, food was awesome at much better timing, to keep us worried free about food. Totally not recommended and will not book again.

10.0The property was beautiful, elegant and very well-maintained. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, lush surroundings and stunning pool area. The room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were incredibly warm, attentive and welcoming
