8.0The flat was beautiful, felt very personal (including family pics). Everything was perfect for four adults, having a kitchen was so nice and the beds were comfy and the shower completely functional. The keys are in a lock box just around the corner from the property. They sent a video of someone doing the walk from the front door to the box and back to demonstrate exactly how to do everything including how to open the three locks on the apartment door as well which was GREATLY appreciated.
− Could use a cooling fan, I know AC isn't common in Europe but with the constant heat waves going through the city it was HOT even with the fans till late at night, then a night breeze was nice with windows open. But a bigger fan or one with a cooling setting would have made it that much better.

6.0Quartier très calme , mais environ 10 bonnes minutes de marche pour la station de métro. L'appartement est bien disposé, joliment décoré ( même si les photos personnelles de la famille sont très présentes!) Cuisine bien équipée et salon confortable . Deux salles de douche et wc .
− Comme presque partout à Londres dans les immeubles d'époque, pas de double vitrage et des fenêtres pas très jointives. Conséquence, il est difficile d'avoir une température agréable dans le logement. Insonorisation quasi nulle vis à vis de la rue ( heureusement très tranquille) on entend comme si les fen^tres étaient ouvertes.. Très mauvaise isolation acoustique avec l'étage au dessus, beaucoup de bruit des voisins le matin et le soir , gros ménage ? meubles bougés ? en tout cas , c'est très présent, dommage ...
