− The stairs
Great Florentine apartment
8.0Great location with easy access to the city and main sights within walking distance. Beds were super comfortable and the apartment had aircon - which was great as we visited during a heatwave.
− We liked it a lot but there are a few flights of stairs to get up and no lift so visitors need to bear that in mind.
This place is horrible don’t recommend staying here at all
1.0− I would strongly advise not to book this apartment at all the first day we arrive the apartment was like an over roasting hot amplified by European heat wave. We reported the issue to apartment management they said nothing can be done. We spent the entire night sweating and in dismay and credited that to the boldness and poor customer service of Mamo team. We were sweating with family and children unable to sleep and to compliment this there were abundance of mosquitoes in the room and we became pray to their wonderful bites all night long. Heat rash developed and list goes on, there is no lift in this building and we had to carry the luggage all the way to 3rd floor. Just simply not to trust anything Mamo says and please family and children should not book this for another reason that there is only one bathroom in this apartment. Also in the main bedroom AC vent is facing the window directly and because of triangular share of bedroom you get zero air and it’s horrible.

3.0The rooms were clean and pretty. The beds were comfortable.
− The place was hard to find. Do not use Google Maps. The air conditioner does not work. It is hot and muggy in Florence and we had no air. It was awful. You cannot open the windows. There are no screens so you get bit by mosquitoes. The management was not helpful to fix the air conditioner. Wanted to come at 11 pm and next day never responded when I said we were available for them to come. No apology. Nothing.
