− Totally unhelpful virtual help desk. Very poor response time. Very overpriced for what you get.

− 1.No lockers to leave our luggage noting that the check out is early and we find many diffuculties saving your luggage in public lockers and we were late for the airport. 2.The shelves in the kitchen are risky . We hurted our heads many times a day. 3. No microwave 4. Bed covers not so clean

− Il letto divano era molto scomodo e si apriva dal basso per poi diventare 2 letti singoli e dislivello e non un letto matrimoniale. Essendo a pianoterra si sentivano tanto i rumori delle persone che entravano e uscivano dal palazzo

8.0Daily cleaning . Location
− I stayed for 4 days, only 1 dishwasher tablet was given in the apartment. Only 3 towels given for 4 people. Washing machine usage requires 1e payment to get the detergent through cleaning person, i couldn't get the detergent even after keeping 1e coin so i couldn't do the clothes washing during my stay. No microwave owen

9.0Excellent emplacement avec un point de vue au top. Chambre nikel avec ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir y rester quelques jours notamment la cuisine équipée. Petit bémol le parking qui est payant en semaine jusqu'à 1h du matin.
