3.0Die Lage ist sehr gut
− Keine persönliche Betreuung: Wir erhielten zahlreiche E-Mails vom Betreuungs Unternehmen, doch auf unsere konkreten Fragen kamen ausschließlich KI‑Antworten. Bereits am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthalts war die Klimaanlage defekt. Wir mussten die Fenster öffnen, wodurch Gerüche aus den Restaurants sowie Moskitos in die Wohnung gelangten. Am Tag der Abreise gab es weder Strom noch warmes Wasser. Um 5:30 Uhr morgens mussten wir uns mit dem Licht unserer Handys fertig machen, einpacken und die Koffer ohne Aufzug nach außen bringen. Bis heute haben wir keinerlei menschliche Rückmeldung erhalten.

7.0Excellent location, spacious, kitchen was equipped enough for making quick-fix simple meals.
− The AC wasn't working properly the first day. Staff was very responsive though but they could only fix it the following day. There was one half used toilet roll provided for 3 of us. We had to go find the cleaning staff the next day to get toilet rolls.
