7.0Spacious, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total. Overall clean.Nice neighborhood and quiet street in general
− The pictures made the property look much newer and brighter. It is an old flat with old furniture. The biggest draw back is portable AC, incredibly loud and need to leave the window open, which cannot prevent noises or mosquitoes..

8.0appartement très correct. bien chauffé, eau bien chaude, calme, très propre. l'emplacement est bon. Un peu à l'écart mais assez proche du secteur du rialto
− literie est moyenne (fatiguée) le mobilier un peu usée. des détails sont à améliorer comme toujours (du calcaire dans les douchettes).
