The best host ever!
10.0Everything about this stay was exceptionally positive. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, air-conditioned, quiet, all toiletries were provided. The communal space had tea, coffee, and biscuits all the day. The host was very thoughtful- in addition to a lovely bottle of welcome wine and several recommendations for food and drinks, he was available online and physically within minutes to address all sorts of questions including helping out with a medical emergency that we had. He was super helpful, super resourceful! The location was also excellent- very close to the tram the links the airport to the city, close to authentic neighborhood restaurants and a lovely park.
− Nothing really- our room overlooked the garden on the inner side of the building and had a private bathroom. I wouldn't know the other rooms- one has its bathroom outside I think. Travelers may want to check which room they are booking.

10.0The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location was convenient, with easy access to Florence's main attractions by public transport, and there were several restaurants, cafés, and a lovely park with free live music nearby.

10.0Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem i czyste. Z rejestracją i wymeldowaniem nie było problemu. Nicola jest niezwykle komunikatywny, pomógł nam z każdym problemem. Zarekomendował nam również kilka świetnych miejsc.
The day was excellent. Very clean and good value for money. Would definitely come back here.
