10.0The breakfast is a bit pricey but very good with a lot of options. The check in was easy and we were given a tour before going to our room. Free luggage storage was great and convenient. The complimentary snacks and tea, flavored water after 5 pm was a nice touch.

10.0Everything was perfect. Clean, organized, comfy beds. Really enjoyed the stay here. The snacks in the evening were a great plus. We hung out at the end of the day in the dining area and played games and snacked;)

10.0This hotel is amazing in so many ways. It’s right across the street from Toji subway station which is one stop from Kyoto station. The rooms are very comfortable. They provide many nice extras like free snacks and drinks. A cocktail hour and a very comfortable lounge. The breakfast was excellent as well. Lots of great local restaurants. Aeon Kyoto mall is a 7 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel.
