10.0Great over all but it was an extreme dusty in the room. Every surface area had dust on it. The room was a decent size for my family no complaints aside from the dust. Staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating! There was a complimentary bread and coffee service every morning which never failed to disappoint

10.0まずおしゃれな外装でびっくり！チェックインの際に、見渡すとバーカカウンターが！内装のお洒落な点とチェックインの際に対応して頂いた受付の方の丁寧な接客に好印象を持ちました！客室も落ち着いた雰囲気で、観光でたくさん歩いた後は特にリラックスできました！ サービスのお出汁については、美味しかったのはもちろん、ホッとする優しいかつ上品なお味で和みました！また泊まりたいです！

8.0Newer hotel in central Kyoto near the Hankyu and subway stations. JR station is about 20 to 30 minutes away by subway or bus but the Hankyu railway gives you direct access to Osaka Umeda. Nice room good for short stay, room has a shower booth without a tub. and lacks a good chair.

8.0浴室の換気扇が埃だらけで、そこにカビがはえていました。それと便器の出水口にも水垢がありました。そこをのぞけば、コスパも良いし、とても良いと思います。
