The place has a lot of potential, but the management is terrible. As a result, the building, and at least our room, was

− Very disappointing experience. The property has a lot of potential, but it is clearly not well maintained. The lobby couch was dirty, there were bags of dirty linens sitting in the lobby for over a day, and the walls were worn and in need of attention. To make matters worse, when we arrived around 9:00 p.m., the building’s fire alarm went off for over an hour. We were told to call the emergency number, but they couldn’t help. Eventually, the police evacuated the building, and we had to stand outside for about 45 minutes until the firefighters arrived and turned off the alarm. The most disappointing part was that no one from management ever reached out afterward to apologize, check on us, or explain what happened. Poor maintenance, poor communication, and very poor customer service. I would not stay here again.

− La literie, les oreillers sont déplorables. Au vu du prix de la location, c'est honteux d'avoir un literie pareil. Les oreillers sont inutiles, dormir avec ou sans revient au même. Quand au canapé lit, il y a un trou qui nous pousse vers le milieu, le matelas est d'une finesse exquise pour le dos. Pour les nuits passé, je ne louerais pas de nouveau pour ce motif. Le micro-ondes était hs, et le frigo et le lave vaisselle dans un piteux état.
Didn't meet my expectations
7.0The location was perfect and I did like that it had a kitchenette which was helpful
− We had booked for three people so our son was on a sofa bed which we didn't care about. Unfortunately in my opinion the apartment is not suitable for more than two people. The sofa bed was terrible to sleep on it had a bar across his back and had no space around it, we couldn't even open the door fully to enter the apartment I also found disappointing that there was not instructions on how to operate coffee machine and even letting us know that there was a safe in the apartment which was up high in a cupboard which was strange location. If you are just a couple the apartment is perfect
Fijn verblijf midden in het centrum.
9.0Snelle communicatie over toegangssysteem. Locatie van appartement is fantastisch. Hartje centrum, je kunt van hier uit vrijwel alles binnen 5 - 10 minuten lopen bereiken. Alleen de wijk Belem is verder maar daar brengt Uber je in een mum van tijd naar toe.
− Locatie vinden en toegang regelen. Omdat eigenaar/ host elders in de stad zit, zie je niemand persoonlijk. Je krijgt een app en moet extra info invullen. Daarna krijg je codes om deuren te openen. Op zich makkelijk, maar zeer onpersoonlijk.

Excellent location in the heart of Lisbon.
9.0Location was excellent! Walkable to almost everything. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door. Has a lift which was nice for grandmother. Good, quick communication from the host. Would stay again.
− Bathroom lighting was very dim. Foyer entranceway when entering the building smells a bit.
