It was a quite nice place to stay with in the downtown of Tokyo.

− The rooms were very small preventing the one (person) in going ahead from the bed to bathroom.
Lovely hotel with incredible staff
9.0I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the center of Ginza and incredibly close to the local stations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We were confused about a few things at points, and they were always happy to help us out. They also have great amenities that help if you are doing a luggage transfer, which allowed us to settle in quickly and get comfortable. Q The housekeeping team was excellent. The rooms got regular cleaning, and they were very understanding and accommodating on the mornings we woke up late. Also, because the bed was a bit hard for us, we requested extra pillows. The staff were so nice about it and got them for us right away. Overall, this is a great hotel and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it!
− While the bed was a little too firm for our personal preference, the staff were incredibly helpful and immediately brought us extra pillows to make us more comfortable.

8.0Personal muy amable, hotel muy limpio. Bien ubicado junto a la avenida principal de Ginza, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Muy accesible desde varias estaciones de tren y metro.

8.0Le confort du lit (parmi les meilleurs que l'on a fait au japon), l'emplacement pratique et calme à la fois. La mise à disposition de machine à laver / sèche linge à un tarif raisonnable. L'eau, café et thé offert + les pancakes le matin.
− Le personnel, pas forcément chaleureux, et vite en stress lorsqu'il y a un peu de monde à la réception. Une odeur de remontée d'égout au RDC de l'hôtel, mais heureusement pas ailleurs.
