This place is very noisy place because Hawraman is Resturant you cannot sleep very well that’s a reason I don’t like it

Would like to offer my sincere gratitude to superb matchless support by team Hotels. com. Post booking and getting confirmation the moment I visited property this was locked and no one was there post waiting for 30mints approximately I contacted the property owner. Initially he denied that there's no such booking and later he asked me to cancel my booking as he has committed someone else (his Turkish mate) on telephone so he refused me to stay on his property for which I've already paid and was carrying confirmation. When I contacted virtual agents of hotels.Com & requested for help entire team impressively helped me to get my booking in very short span of time. Post confirmation of agents property owner contacted me and very annoyingly he asked me to visit property and said that I've made a complaint against him which in fact I didn't. Again when I visited location I kept waiting in messed room unattended & around 330 to 4pm lady came and cleaned room. Further I was threatened by owner on call that despite I've booked room for two persons but I'm the only supposed to stay alone otherwise he might create mess so I preferred to stay alone and made arrangements for my friend on other location. The guy wasn't cooperative and showed discrimination and preferred a Turkish National over a guest who've already paid for property and forced me to cancel my bookings so I couldn't get any reimbursement and earn double for same property by just manipulating things only in his favor.
